More Than Minimalism

Don’t fret though minimalist, this blog page will feature much about the world of minimalism and why it’s so important for today’s society. However, this page is going to be much more than that. Minimalism is a finite concept and there are only so many cookie cutter conversations to be had on the subject before each post is just a recycled version of something written a few months back and my aim is to keep things fresh for myself and everyone reading along. All the topics discussed on this page will have some minimalistic views to them, but those views will be coming from my own perspective so be kind if it seems like kind of a stretch.

Some of the topics I’ll be touching upon include the following:

  • Minimalism
  • PMA (Positive Mental Attitude)
  • Living In The Moment
  • Nutrition
  • Exercise
  • The Importance Of Disconnected From Everything Every Once And A While
  • Stretching/Yoga
  • Etc.

Not all of these have an obvious correlation to just owning as little stuff as possible, but minimalism is also far more than. This page was created to create awareness of all the topics I deem necessary to keep sane in my own life, and to hopefully help anyone else struggling to keep true to themselves in a world that drains individualism by the masses.
